Since 2005, we have specialised in complex software projects where requirements are not always fully defined, budgets are fixed and engineers need to take real ownership of the outcome. Our role is not simply to implement what the client asks for — we understand the problem, advise the client, propose solutions, agree on the right approach and take responsibility for delivering it.Since 2024, we have been developing an AI-agentic approach to software engineering, with the goal of automating as much of the SDLC as possible while keeping an experienced engineer in the loop — you. We already use this approach in commercial projects delivered through demanding quality gates, including solutions for the banking sector, and we continuously evolve our methods to stay at the forefront of AI-native software development.Alongside client projects and long-term maintenance, we also develop two of our own software products.We are looking for a Senior Fullstack .NET Developer who wants to be more than just a coder — someone who understands the business problem, contributes to technical decisions, works directly with the client and takes ownership of the solution from idea to production.

What you will do

Take end-to-end ownership of features, from requirements to production.
Work directly with the client to understand business needs, challenge assumptions and shape solutions.
Design and develop solutions using .NET and Angular.
Create technical specifications and break features into implementation steps.
Use AI throughout the development lifecycle — from analysis and coding to testing, review and documentation.
Validate AI-generated solutions and make independent technical decisions.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews and client demos.

What we’re looking for

Strong commercial experience with .NET/C# and Angular.
Senior-level technical expertise and confidence in making independent decisions.
Confidence in working directly with clients and proposing solutions.
Strong ownership mindset — you focus on outcomes, not just tickets.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and interest in AI-native development.
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated solutions.
Proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
