They [Yameo] adapt quickly, they’re responsive, and they have good technical skills. I’ve worked with different companies before, and we sometimes receive a product that works but is a nightmare to maintain. I haven’t had this kind of problem with Yameo; they think through the architecture. They always ask good questions about how we want to use the platform in the future, whether it will be multi-country, multi-customer, or so on. They’ve created a very nice and scalable architecture.

We are Yameo – a Polish-Dutch tech company based in Gdańsk. For over 19 years, we have been developing innovative products, and our flagship solution is Video in Person – a remote customer service platform used by over 15 banks and numerous certification and insurance institutions worldwide. Our product runs on both web applications (mobile & desktop) and video terminals equipped with advanced features like NFC for user authentication and a signpad for digital signatures.

We also run interesting projects for companies from all over the world, for example we are developing a system from scratch for the government of Ghana to monitor the distribution of natural resources such as oil. Why was there a need to create such a system? It turned out that during the transportation of natural resources, leaks or erroneous measurements occur, leading to enormous losses amounting to millions of USD. The system we are creating verifies the quantity of transported goods and allows real-time monitoring of changes occurring from the initiation of sales, through transportation, to further distribution. The web app enables the approval of changes and response in case of sudden leak detection.
