Project Description
We are working on our proprietary video tool — VIP (https://www.vinp.io/) — a platform for building real-time video communication and interaction systems. VIP offers a wide range of ready-made features, integrations, and full configurability tailored to customer needs.
It is used by global organizations from the financial, insurance, and medical sectors across North America, South America, and Europe.
VIP enables, among others:
- scheduling meetings without the need to install additional applications,
- customer localization via GPS,
- connection quality testing,
- on-screen annotations and drawing,
- session recording,
- inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Development Team and other QA engineers to test and deliver new features.
- Building an automated testing framework and gradually increasing automated test coverage.
- Performing manual tests and maintaining clear documentation for scenarios that cannot be automated.
- Verifying bug fixes and validating new functionalities before release.
- Supporting other team members by sharing knowledge and applying strong communication skills.
- Actively participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and QA process improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring that tests reflect business requirements and meet customer expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing (Playwright+TS).
- Hands-on experience in manual API testing (request/response validation, status codes, headers, JSON/XML).
- Knowledge of Playwright or another test automation framework.
- Ability to design test scenarios based on requirements and documentation.
- Practical experience working in Agile teams, with Jira and Confluence.
- General testing knowledge at the ISTQB Foundation Level.
- Basic programming knowledge and understanding of core programming concepts.
- Proficiency in both Polish and English, written and spoken.
