YAMEO Sp. z o.o. has received a grant from the European Union for the project “Development of new functionalities for the Video in Person tool for the insurance and banking industries, enabling: fully remote inspections using machine learning, automatic masking of confidential data, and resistance to decryption by quantum computers.” The objective of the project is to develop (within the R&D module) new functionalities of the Video in Person tool for the insurance and banking industries, enabling remote inspections using machine learning, automatic masking of confidential data, resistance to decryption by quantum computers, and on-premise functionality (in a “cloud-ready” model). The project also includes promotional activities (within the Internationalization module) aimed at increasing product interest in foreign markets.

The result of the project will be an innovative tool responding to the needs of the insurance and banking industries (including the Applicant’s existing clients), enabling remote inspections using machine learning, automatic masking of confidential data, and resistance to decryption by quantum computers. In particular, the use of PQC (Post-Quantum Cryptography) is critically important for industries characterized by high-security standards and the exchange of confidential information between the client and the agent. Organizations are becoming increasingly aware that data transmitted over the internet is not secure. The project’s scope aligns with the latest trends and areas of interest, including OECD initiatives (RFI “Common Transmission System”).
