Yameo’s self-developed video tool https://videoinperson.com/ – allowing customer to build it’s own real-time video communication and interaction system. VIP has a number of ready-to-market features and integrations, and is fully customizable to meet customer’s particular needs. It is used by financial, insurance, and medical areas around the world, including North and South America and Europe. It enables to schedule a meeting with customer, not asking him to download any additional app, localize him via GPS, test customer’s connection, draw on screen using annotations, perform recording, inbound and outbound calls. Additionally, our application integrates with external terminals available to the bank’s customers, which presents us with further technological challenges in working with hardware.

Responsibilities

• Being a part of positive and professional team, which works in Scrum methodology
• Actively participate in analyzing the tasks if necessary, in order to properly estimate them, i.e. how to approach multitenancy or auto-deployments in new projects
• Mentoring other team members by applying your expertise and communication skills
• Active participation in the application development cycle, with a real impact on the proposed tools and product architecture
• Investigation and problem-solving
• Direct collaboration with the client
