The Opportunity

We are growing our sales function and looking for a senior business development professional to join the CEO and existing team member in driving revenue across multiple streams:

        Custom software projects (fixed-price delivery + consulting)

        Video in Person (VinP) – video verification for regulated industries

        Insight Bridge – AI-powered conversation analytics for call centers and customer service operations

        Team extension (body leasing / dedicated teams)

This is not a role where you inherit a playbook. You will shape the sales strategy, define your own approach, and have a direct impact on the company’s growth. You will report directly to the CEO.

What You’ll Do

        Own the full sales cycle end-to-end – from prospecting and lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and closing

        Engage with enterprise clients at C-level and decision-maker level across global markets

        Understand client business needs and translate them into tailored solutions (project, team, or product)

        Build and manage your own pipeline – through outbound, ABM, networking, partnerships, and conferences

        Sell business value, not just capacity – position Yameo as a strategic technology partner

        Drive product sales for VinP and Insight Bridge – leverage proven case studies and ROI data to close deals

        Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to scope, price, and hand off won deals

        Contribute to sales strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market approach

Who You Are

        Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales (IT services, software development, AI, or data)

        Ability to independently generate leads and build a pipeline from scratch – this is essential

        Comfortable with outbound sales, account-based marketing, and leveraging your own professional network

        Understanding of how technology projects work (delivery models, scoping, pricing)

        Experience selling complex solutions – not just quick transactions, but multi-stakeholder, multi-month deals

        Fluent English (business level) – you will work with international clients daily

        Strong communication and relationship-building skills at senior level

Nice to Have

        Experience selling to financial services, banking, insurance, or regulated industries

        Existing network of contacts in target markets (EU, UK, DACH, Nordics, US)

        Background in selling AI/ML solutions, SaaS products, or data-driven services

        Familiarity with call center / contact center industry (relevant for Insight Bridge)

        Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes

        Additional languages (German, French, or Nordic languages are a plus)
